Lance Lalonde has been in the television industry since 1982, starting his career with the CBC in Canada. He moved to the California market as a Freelancer in 1989. For the past 16 years he has had a successful career as a Chyron operator and robotic camera operator, working primarily at live sporting events. For the past 12 years, Lance has had the pleasure to be associated with Fletcher Chicago, mastering robotic camera skills. Lance covered NASCAR for 5 years and was awarded an Emmy for his work. He has also been involved with the 2000 Summer Olympics, NBA Basketball, MLB Baseball, NHL Hockey and a variety of new and cutting edge coverage for the ever evolving view of live sporting events. This has recently involved the HD world. Currently, Lance is working under contract to ESPN and The NHRA. He’s been working with them for the past 5 seasons providing spectacular angles and motion for this fast paced violent sport.

Stephen Lanthier has been a member of the television broadcast community for over 30 years. Born in Montreal, his broadcast career began at the CTV flagship station CFCF Over the course of his 18 years at CFCF Stephen amassed a wealth of broadcast and journalism experience. His duties ran the spectrum from Camera, TD, Tape, to Executive Producer. He created and produced numerous sports and entertainment specials including the CTV network's popular Academy Awards Countdown. He also produced a wide variety of sports programs including several CTV Olympic events in Calgary and Lillehammer. His efforts paid dividends when the sports program "Expos Summer ’88" won Canada’s most prestigious television award the “Can Pro Award of Excellence”. During his last 3 years at CFCF, Stephen was Executive Producer of Commercial Production where he was again awarded Canada’s top commercial award. For the past 10 years he has been on exclusive contract with the American sports networks of ABC & ESPN. This relationship has garnered Stephen the highest award possible in the North American Television industry, The Emmy Award, for his work on NASCAR. He was also presented an Ace Award for his contribution to ESPN's NHL broadcasts. During his 10 years at ABC/ESPN Stephen was granted a leave of absence to assist in building CTV Sportsnet and filling the role of the network's first Executive Producer. His technical expertise and production background quickly established CTV Sportsnet as a major player on the Sports Television Network scene in Canada. Stephen Lanthier has since returned to his duties at ABC/ESPN where he is currently working on High Definition television broadcasts with ESPN. ESPN is now the industry leader in High Definition Broadcasts.
